FAQs

do you have warranty?

We offer 12 months warranty, for that extra reassurance.

do you have to rebalance the wheels?

While it may seem like you need rebalancing, we do not take enough material off to cause any issues and the wheel is left on the car for most repairs so you don’t have to stress about anything going wrong in the process.

what is the aftercare?

When the job has been completed refrain from washing the wheels for 24-48 hours and no pressure washing for a week. The car will be ready to drive approximately 30 minutes after the job is complete. The better you care for your wheels the longer the repair will last.

What i need from you?

All we require is access to power and on those bad weather days, suitable cover or garage. Please do not use tyre shine prior to any repairs or resprays otherwise we will have to reschedule once the wheel has been cleaned accordingly and removed of any grease and chemicals.

can DIAMOND CUT FINISH be repaired?

Although our finish is almost unnoticeable, unfortunately diamond cut wheels need to be re-machined to get that factory finish. We spray silver and seamlessly blend into the faces.

how much does each service cost?

Rim repairs start from $125 per wheel.

Caliper Customization for a full set starts from $550 including the colour of your choice (excluding specialty colours such as candy paint which will incur and extra $250 paint fee).

Full Resprays start from $650 depending on the extent of damage (if there is any) and the size of the wheels.

T&Cs

Your repair will remain intact when the Tyre is replaced, provided the technician follows standard procedures. However, it can be damaged if improper methods are used - in such cases, the responsibility lies with the person changing the Tyre.

If insufficient notice is given when cancelling you will be charged a cancellation fee which you agree upon booking with WheelTek.
